Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State with experience supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, perfectionism, and the emotional strain of carrying too much responsibility for too long.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based approaches, and self-compassion practices to help clients better understand what is keeping them stuck and begin making meaningful, sustainable changes.

I work with women and nonbinary adults who are thoughtful, capable, and often accustomed to taking care of others, but who may feel depleted, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of what they want next.

What you can expect from me

My work is present-focused and goal-oriented. Together, we clarify what matters most, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical ways to move toward greater steadiness, choice, and alignment in your life.
