Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Jackie, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, safe, and understood. I work with individuals, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with clarity and hope.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you exactly where you are. We work together to understand your experiences and gently explore the patterns, beliefs, or barriers that may be standing in the way of the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s been challenging, and what you’re hoping for, and we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
