Great to meet you!

I help clients reduce symptoms related to grief and loss, trauma, addiction and relationship stressors. I can help you better understand how your anger is protecting you from those more vulnerable emotions such as fear, shame, deep resentment and disappointment from life or relationship challenges. You are more than “symptoms” or a diagnosis and I can help you learn how to better navigate your emotional landscape, improve communication and practice coping skills to feel more empowered in the midst of life events.

My approach to therapy

I provide clients with a safe environment where they can discover and reconnect with what is most important to them, discussing ways to overcome challenges, increase hope, affect positive change in their life and relationships. I employ a variety of interventions and modalities including expressive arts where appropriate to facilitate connection with content.

What you can expect from me

Many variables may pose a barrier to a fulfilling life. I will support you in clearing barriers and rediscovering what you are passionate about— a life worth living, regaining greater self-acceptance, emotional control, and healing, both personally and in your relationships.
