Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience helping adults work through anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, and life changes. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard and understood. My goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what you are going through.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs. Together, we will identify challenges, explore patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to help you cope and make positive changes.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I want to hear what brings you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you would like to be different in your life. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We will talk about your goals and begin deciding together what would be most helpful for you.
