Great to meet you!

Welcome. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm glad you're here. Whether you're feeling weighed down by anxiety, working through the effects of trauma, struggling with ADHD, navigating depression, or trying to rebuild after substance use, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. I work with adults and seniors facing a wide range of challenges, including grief, family conflict, relationship concerns, anger, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, and major life transitions. I believe healing begins when you feel heard without judgment and supported for who you are, not just the challenges you're facing. Together, we'll explore what has shaped your experiences, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and create meaningful goals that help you build a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs. My role is to help you better understand yourself while providing practical tools you can use in everyday life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Parent Management Training (PMT) when appropriate. Together, we'll work to identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience. Whether you're addressing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, substance use, relationship concerns, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, or family stress, I strive to create a supportive environment where insight is paired with actionable strategies that promote lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, solution-oriented, and empowering therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and respect. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also feeling challenged to grow in ways that align with your values and goals. Throughout our work together, we'll celebrate progress, navigate setbacks with compassion, and focus on practical changes that improve your daily life. My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more confident, emotionally resilient, and equipped with the skills to manage life's challenges, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a future that feels more balanced, intentional, and fulfilling.
