Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist for over 20 years. I have worked in all different areas, supporting a wide variety of clients. Much of my experience is with family and children. I also specialize in working with military members and their families. I became a therapist because I wanted to remove the stigma associated with mental health struggles. I think that it is as important to take care of your physical health as it is to take care of your mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very eclectic. I value each person's individuality, unique experiences, and expressions. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Family Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In all my sessions you will experience a warm attentive listener who will strive to create a safe space for our work together.
