Great to meet you!

I provide virtual therapy for clients in Connecticut and Florida. My primary specialty is anxiety and related disorders. I teach my clients applicable coping skills to help manage emotions better. I also help my clients to improve self-esteem, learn to set boundaries, and reach their goals in life. You don’t have to have the perfect words, the perfect mood, or the perfect version of yourself when you show up. Simply come as you are.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my approach is grounded, conversational, and free of judgment. Clients often tell me it feels like talking to someone who “gets it,” while still being guided in a way that creates real change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will complete a brief intake to gather some background information. This gives us a better idea of what the presenting problem is and how you would like for it to be different. Together, we will then use this insight to build therapy goals and create a plan of how we will attain those goals.
