Great to meet you!

I come from an expert background of psychology and sexology. I hold two graduate degrees, a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a Master's in Human Sexuality from the University at Albany and Widener University respectively. I am a sex positive practitioner who provides a safe space by which clients can work through the emotional issues that are blocking them from living their best life. I am a LGBTQIA and kink friendly therapist.

My approach to therapy

I have a kind, compassionate, empathetic and non- judgmental approach to the work we do together. I believe that being honest with oneself and the process is foundational to achieving desirable outcomes.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who are ready to invest in themselves. During our initial sessions, we will focus on uncovering the maladaptive behaviors that are hindering growth and progress. We will look at your strengths and devise a plan on how to amplify them. Every session ends with a homework assignment that will offer you an opportunity to learn about yourself and gain healthy coping skills.
