Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're trying to manage your own emotions while still being there for everyone who depends on you. You might be a mother struggling to feel like yourself after having a baby, a teenager whose emotions seem impossible to control, or someone dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, or mood swings that are affecting your relationships and everyday life. Perhaps you're grieving someone, carrying painful memories, or noticing that stress and frustration are turning into arguments with the people you love. I work with adolescents, adults, and families to help them understand what they're experiencing, feel less alone, and find a healthier way forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe understanding why you're struggling is important, but so is figuring out what to do differently when those struggles show up in everyday life. We might work on calming anxious thoughts, managing ADHD and overwhelming emotions, recognizing what triggers angry reactions, or breaking family patterns that lead to the same arguments over and over. For parents and families, we'll focus on improving communication and understanding what's underneath a child's behavior, while those navigating trauma or grief can work through painful experiences at a comfortable pace. I'll help you build on your strengths and develop practical ways to feel more confident, connected, and in control.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. We can start with what's been hardest lately, whether that's feeling disconnected from your partner, struggling with your child's behavior, experiencing unexpected mood changes, feeling overwhelmed by motherhood, or trying to get through the day while carrying grief or anxiety. I'll take time to understand how these challenges are affecting your relationships, responsibilities, and the way you feel about yourself, without rushing you or making assumptions. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and where we can begin making meaningful changes.
