Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Jacquelyn Hatcher and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University and my Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton. During my undergraduate studies, I discovered my passion for supporting others through a hospital internship. I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, families, and couples, and facilitated group therapy. My experience includes inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospitals, schools from elementary to community college, and private practice. In every setting, I strive to create a warm, safe space where clients can heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an attachment-based approach and enjoy helping clients understand and work through the patterns and challenges that show up in their relationships. My goal is to support you in developing healthier and more fulfilling relationships, whether with friends, family, or romantic partners.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll review important details such as confidentiality and scheduling, and begin the intake process to learn about your background, current concerns, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. This session is also a time for us to begin getting to know each other.
