Jacquelyn Jordan

Hello. Let me introduce myself. I am a licensed mental health counselor/clinician located in Central Florida with over twenty-five years of experience working with teens, adults, and seniors. There are times when we need someone to help us find the answers to the troubles and challenges that life often brings. It is my passion to help others sort out the roots of their problems in a caring and affirming manner to find the peace and confidence they need to move forward in life.

I enjoy working with individuals, including teens, young adults, seniors, men and women in a warm and caring and compassionate manner by providing individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and parenting strategies. My specialties are working with individuals with Anxiety issues, Depression, PTSD and Stress, Adjustment issues, Grief and Trauma, Self-esteem issues, among others. My method of therapy is the of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy and Mindfulness.

It is my hope and belief that everyone could benefit from receiving mental health therapy for those who are struggling with life issues. I help to make that happen by being caring, affirming and compassionate, understanding that people need these to help them feel heard and respected. You deserve that.
