Life has a way of piling on, and sometimes you need someone in your corner who isn't going to judge you or rush you. That's what I'm here for.

I'm a licensed mental health counselor based in Central Florida. I've spent my career working with teens, adults, and seniors through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and the relationship struggles that wear a person down. Whatever you bring in, chances are I've sat with someone through something like it. My approach is flexible because every person arrives with a different story, different strengths, and their own definition of healing.

You'll get honesty from me, delivered with care.

We'll work on untangling what's actually driving the problem, not just managing the symptoms. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help you interrupt the thoughts that keep pulling you under, mindfulness for the moments when everything feels like too much, and a person-centered style that means you set the direction. You'll leave with tools you can use, and a clearer sense of why you do what you do.

Our first session is relaxed. I'll ask what's going on and what you'd like to feel differently. You share what you're ready to share, and we go from there.

By the end of that hour, my hope is that you feel genuinely heard and a little lighter, with a sense of what we'll work on together. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to. By the end, you'll know what working together will look like and we'll have a sense of where to begin.
