Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Education in Counseling. With a background in law enforcement, education, and school counseling, I bring a compassionate and real-world perspective to therapy.
I primarily work with women navigating grief, miscarriage and infant loss, anxiety, depression, divorce, self-worth, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can process what you’ve experienced, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand yourself, not simply “fixing” what feels wrong. I believe healing doesn’t require you to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes, you simply need a safe place to pause, process, release what you’ve been carrying, and begin finding your way forward. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
