Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Jacque, a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping individuals with autism, ADHD, and the people who love them. Drawing on years in both mental health and education, and as a parent of a twice exceptional adult, I provide a warm, supportive space where clients can build on their strengths, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. I also enjoy working with women who are managing life's transitions, relationships, stress, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and valued for who they are. My approach is strengths-based and incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, practical skill building, and a focus on each person's unique goals. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families and have extensive experience supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, social challenges, anxiety, and life transitions both in individual and group settings.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable from the very beginning. During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment where we begin getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what is working well in your life, how I can help with the challenges, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. By the end of the session, we'll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels right to you.
