My approach to therapy

Jacquelyn utilizes an eclectic approach as therapy is not a "one size fits all". She weighs heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Solution Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Jacquelyn provides a combination of talk therapy and psychoeducation.
