Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health therapist and run my own private practice, Rooted Clarity Counseling, in Seattle. I began my career working in a co-occurring disorders unit, supporting clients with both substance use and mental health needs. For the past five years, I worked at Seattle Counseling and Wellness, focusing primarily on mental health. I earned my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA.

While I don’t limit myself to a single specialty, I have experience helping clients process trauma, manage stress, build healthy habits, and navigate life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process where we set aside judgment and approach your inner world with curiosity and compassion. I value self-reflection and encourage clients to explore their thoughts and emotions in ways that foster growth and insight.

I also believe healing requires not just talking, but allowing ourselves to truly feel. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can do that work—while also bringing humor, lightness, and hope into our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and start building a strong therapeutic relationship. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background and what brings you to therapy, share more about how I work, and go over informed consent.

My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about how we can move forward together.
