Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults throughout Pennsylvania. I specialize in ADHD, including late-diagnosed ADHD, autism, and supporting first responders through the unique challenges of their work and personal lives. My approach is collaborative and practical, helping clients better understand themselves while developing skills that support emotional regulation, relationships, confidence, and everyday functioning. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and individualized to each client’s needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions. I especially focus on helping clients build practical skills for emotional regulation, executive functioning, communication, relationships, self-awareness, and managing the everyday challenges that can come with ADHD and autism. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood while also gaining the tools and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where they can feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems—I work with clients to identify practical strategies, develop new skills, and create meaningful steps toward the changes they want to make. We will work together to build on your strengths, better understand patterns that may be getting in the way, and develop tools that can be applied in everyday life. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling supported, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life with greater confidence and self-understanding.
