I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years in the field of Social Work. I have worked with women/families to help them navigate grief, depression, & anxiety and heal from traumatic experiences including a NICU journey. I have a strong ability to help client's recognize their unique strengths to facilitate healing. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empowering and directive. I allow clients to be the expert in regards to their lives. Drawing from their unique experiences I am able to assist clients in identifying their strengths and collaborate with them to identify and develop solutions to address their presenting concerns.

I have helped individuals and families heal from trauma, manage grief, develop communication skills, improve family bonds and attachment, develop coping skills, manage anxiety and address identity issues.
