Great to meet you!

We don't usually get to the feeling bad feelings overnight. It's most often a slow creep that we do our best to keep at bay until the things that have worked to manage the feeling bad feelings don't work anymore. That's usually when we ask for help. I'm here for this moment. And I'm here for the unraveling of all the deep, achy questions. I'm here to get underneath what's working and what's not working for you. And I'm here for the rebuilding so that you can feel the way you want to feel in your life.

My approach to therapy

I work with folks who have big anxiety, depression, stress, and fatigue. Who have angsty questions about who they are and why they are the way they are. I work with people whose life has changed in a big way or in small ways over time and they just don't feel like themselves anymore. Or when they've lost something important or lost someone they love.

What you can expect from me

My clients usually start to feel better - some amount of relief - fairly quickly. I'm here for this. But I'm also here for the longer, deeper work that creates lasting shifts and changes so that you are more in alignment with yourself and feel the way you want to feel in your life.
