I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation, a Registered Art Therapist and EMDR therapist with over 8 years in the field. My work integrates creative therapies, narrative and inner child work to implement deep levels of life changing healing.
The healing experienced in the therapy space can and does change the world. By healing our trauma, we break cycles. Initial sessions can be an exciting, sometimes scary, start to your new life. We will take time for you to share what's bringing you to therapy, what life looks life for you and explore the goals you hope to achieve. I aim to establish a warm, welcoming environment to aid in giving each person the space and permission to share at their own pace and comfort.
