Great to meet you!

What brings you here today? What are you unclear about in your life, that if you figured it out, would make the biggest difference? You can't always be prepared to handle work-life, relationships, loss, and life transitions that cause anxiety and depression. Life happens and it's OK to have a few bad days. I want to help you navigate through mental and emotional trauma and cultivate healthy narratives. You will embark on a journey to find your PURPOSE, GOALS, and become the BEST version of YOU.

My approach to therapy

I use a flexible approach that addresses the need of the individual client. I utilize family systems, brief-solution focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge unhealthy thoughts and create healthier thinking, feelings, and behaviors. Play therapy is used with children who need help with emotional regulation skills. My person-centered approach allows clients to be transparent and comfortable in an environment that focuses on holistic improvement.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an engaging session tailored to helping build useful coping skills to resolve challenging situations. After an initial session, clients will be able to identify their purpose for seeking counseling, produce individualized goals, and vocalize their expectations of the therapy process. As a licensed clinician, I assist clients to diagnose hidden symptoms of mental and emotional trauma that hinders their ability to holistically shift to a cultivation of healthy narratives.
