Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm so glad you're here. My name is Jada (she/her) and I am a New York based teletherapy practice that centers creating healing opportunities for individuals. Born and raised in Long Island, NY, I am a licensed mental health counselor. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Long Island University-Post Campus. I have worked with children, adults and families in various different settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I am passionate about helping others improve their well-being and live more fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a greater understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their thought patterns. They will learn new coping skills and strategies to manage stress, anxiety and other mental health issues. Clients will also gain insight and clarify into their relationships and how to communicate effectively. Overall, they can expect to feel empowered, supported, and more equipped to navigate life's challenges in a healthier and more positive way.
