Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jada, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults through the seasons when life feels heavier than you can carry alone. Maybe anxiety keeps you up at 2am replaying conversations, depression has drained the color from things you once loved, or a major life transition — a move, a loss, a new baby — has left you unsure who you are right now. You don't have to arrive with the right words or a place to start.

I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, relationship and family conflict, stress and burnout, low self-esteem, and the emotional toll of chronic health conditions. My experience across inpatient and behavioral health settings means I've supported people through some of their hardest moments, so little feels too heavy to bring into our work.

I believe healing looks different for everyone. My job is to understand where you truly are, then help you move toward where you want to be — at your pace, with someone genuinely in your corner.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you, because I've never believed in one-size-fits-all healing. In our work I balance space to process what you're feeling with concrete tools you can use between sessions. I draw on evidence-based methods — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift the thought patterns that keep you stuck, Behavioral Activation to rebuild momentum when depression makes everything feel heavy, Motivational Interviewing to move through the push-and-pull of wanting change while fearing it, Solution-Focused techniques to make progress on what matters most now, and strengths-based work that draws on resources you already carry.

I stay attentive to how culture, life experience, relationships, and personal values shape what healing looks like for you. I believe insight matters, but lasting change happens when we turn it into action. Expect a therapist who will support you, gently challenge you when it helps, and reflect back strengths you don't always see in yourself. Together we'll set goals that are truly yours and revisit them so you feel the difference where it counts — in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session isn't a test — there's no pressure to have the perfect words or know where to begin. Think of it as a conversation: we'll talk about what brought you in and what you're hoping to gain.

From there, my focus is change you can feel. Over time, clients often notice their anxiety getting quieter, their mood steadier, and their relationships less draining. You may find yourself setting boundaries you once avoided, asking for what you need, and recovering from hard days faster than before.

You can expect warmth, honesty, and a space where you don't have to carry everything alone. We'll move one step at a time, at a pace that's right for you — and you'll leave with a clearer sense of who you are and where you're headed. You deserve to feel like yourself again, and I'd be honored to help you get there.
