I am passionate about creating a calm and nurturing environment where my clients feel comfortable growing and challenging themselves. I earned a master’s in educational psychology from the University of Colorado in 2012, and another master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020. I have worked with addiction services, adults, families, and children in Colorado and Ohio.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative approach to counseling and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR to help individuals overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health struggles.

My goal is for my clients to feel validated, challenged, and motivated after working with me. I hope that my clients are able to progress by gaining skills and processing negative beliefs to feel confident and stable in their everyday living.
