Great to meet you!

Trauma-Informed. I specialize in treating adults with unresolved childhood traumas / C-PTSD. I deeply understand how early life experiences shape present-day struggles—I specialize in helping people heal from those roots, not just manage surface-level symptoms.

I am trained in powerful, evidence-based and experiential modalities like EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Not one-size-fits-all—I tailor treatment to each individual’s nervous system, attachment patterns, and inner world.

Most importantly, I show up as a therapist: I provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can be fully seen, heard, and validated. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I meet clients with compassion, patience, and respect for their pace.

I am committed to helping clients work through inner emotional conflicts so they can move toward a more stable, fulfilling, and connected life—not just symptom relief, but real, lasting transformation.

My approach to therapy

Trauma-Informed. I specialize in treating adults with unresolved childhood traumas / C-PTSD. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, integrative, and deeply personalized. I focus on helping clients understand and heal the root causes of their struggles—particularly unresolved childhood experiences and complex trauma—rather than only managing symptoms.

I draw from evidence-based and experiential modalities including EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. This allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique nervous system, attachment patterns, and internal world.

A core part of my work involves helping clients identify and understand different “parts” of themselves—especially those that developed in response to early wounds—and creating space for healing, integration, and self-compassion. I also incorporate body-based and nervous system regulation techniques to support lasting change.

Above all, I prioritize creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe healing happens in the context of a secure therapeutic relationship, and I work collaboratively with clients at a pace that feels manageable and empowering for them.

What you can expect from me

Trauma-Informed. I specialize in treating adults with unresolved childhood traumas / C-PTSD. Clients can expect their first session to feel supportive, collaborative, and grounded in safety. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so my initial focus is on helping you feel comfortable, seen, and at ease.

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to change or better understand. You’re welcome to share at your own pace; there is no pressure to go into anything you’re not ready for.

I’ll also ask some questions to get a sense of your history, current symptoms, and how your experiences may be impacting your daily life, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, themes, and potential goals for our work.

You can also expect me to explain how I work and the different approaches I use, so you have a clear understanding of what therapy might look like moving forward. If appropriate, I may introduce simple grounding or regulation tools to help you feel more stabilized from the start.

Most importantly, the first session is about building trust and creating a foundation of safety. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful about the path ahead.
