Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jade! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and graduate of the University of North Florida, where I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work.

I have a passion for working with individuals navigating emotional regulation, attachment challenges, trauma, and difficult family dynamics. As someone who was adopted during high school, I have a personal appreciation for how our upbringing and life experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and build relationships with others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, and rooted in genuine connection. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman Method-informed couples therapy.

I have a particular interest in attachment, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

I take a very genuine, direct, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to gain from the experience.

I believe therapy doesn't always have to feel heavy. We will laugh, cry, have honest conversations, and work through the hard stuff together. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and confident that I am the right fit for you.
