Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a caring, warm, and empathetic therapist who values creating a space where clients feel genuinely understood and accepted. I work with adults, families and children navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, stress, PTSD, self-esteem, grief and loss, and cultural and ethnic identity, and life transitions. With over 3 years of experience, I know how hard it can be to ask for support, especially when you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to meet you with compassion, patience, and unconditional understanding while helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that feels realistic and lasting.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, collaborative, and centered on each client’s individual needs. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to be themselves without fear of judgment. In session, we may explore emotions, relationships, thought patterns, coping skills, self-esteem, communication, boundaries, and the experiences that may be shaping how you feel today. I bring curiosity, empathy, and openness into the therapy space, while also continuing to grow and refine my own therapeutic style so I can provide thoughtful, effective support. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you navigate daily struggles and work toward meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming, and supportive space where we begin getting to know one another at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been difficult lately, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship concerns, or life transitions, you do not need to have everything figured out before starting. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, accepted, and supported as we begin building a path forward together.
