Great to meet you!

I believe in meeting you where you are in your healing journey. I have a deep passion for understanding how the brain and body respond to stressors, weaving neuroscience into my work to demystify the mind’s survival mechanisms. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a master’s degree in counseling and experience supporting people through trauma and life transitions.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my two cats, reading, and sewing.

My approach to therapy

I see my role as a partner in your journey. You are the expert in your life, and I want to work with you to help you achieve your goals. Therapy is a collaborative dialogue where we explore together. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening in your brain and body, giving you the tools to take back control and confidently express your needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an introductory session, where you can share your story, and we will explore your goals. From there, we will work on building a therapeutic relationship and focus on making those goals a reality.
