I assist my clients with managing any addictive disorder. Gambling, substances, sex addiction, food addiction, internet addiction, shopping addiction, codependency etc. My clients usually struggle with triggers, cravings, lack of coping skills, stress management, anger management, anxiety, depression, negative core beliefs and thinking errors etc. My clients want to achieve structure, stability and freedom from the cycle of relapse.

My approach to therapy

I am a therapist that specializes in addictive disorders. I work with grief/loss, building structure, 12 step programs and emotional sobriety. I use CBT, solution focused and schema therapy interventions to help a person reach long term sobriety.
