Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jade, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Arizona. I’ve spent more than eight years working in behavioral health, education, and community settings, supporting adolescents, adults, families, and professionals through periods of challenge, change and transition.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I work with adolescents and adults navigating stress, burnout, identity shifts, life transitions, relationships, and the many pressures that come with trying to figure out what comes next. I’m especially drawn to working with helpers, educators, creatives, and people who spend a lot of time caring for others and may need a space to reconnect with themselves.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to work on, we can start wherever you are. I’ll ask questions about what you’ve been experiencing, what feels difficult right now, and what you hope might be different with support. We’ll also talk about your history, relationships, strengths, and the things that matter most to you. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, comfortable, and judgment-free. I want you to feel heard rather than analyzed, and supported rather than pressured. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals for therapy that feel meaningful and realistic for you.
