Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. I have worked in nonprofit and child welfare settings since 2010, walking alongside individuals and families through complex life challenges. While I was officially licensed in October 2023, my clinical journey began long before that, following the completion of my Master’s degree in Social Work in 2021.

I specialize in working with older adolescents (16+), adults, and families navigating interpersonal relationship challenges, family dynamics, trauma, and experiences of loss. I understand that these experiences can feel overwhelming and deeply personal, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities to meet each person’s unique needs. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered techniques, all through a strength-based perspective.

I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to support insight, healing, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring what you hope to gain from our work together.

There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. Our first session moves at a pace that feels right for you.

Most importantly, the first session is about helping you feel heard, understood, and supported, and ensuring that therapy feels like a good fit for you.
