Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Arizona with a background in both traditional talk therapy and neurofeedback. I earned my Master’s in Counseling and have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including outpatient clinics and now my own private practice, Scottsdale Therapy Collective.

I specialize in working with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and low self-esteem. I also support clients through overwhelm related to career demands, challenging family dynamics, and the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum life.

My approach is warm, approachable, and down-to-earth — I want therapy to feel like you're talking to a trusted friend, but with the support and structure of a coach who helps you create real, lasting change. I believe healing happens in an honest, supportive relationship where you're both validated and gently challenged. I use evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT and mindfulness, and integrate neurofeedback when appropriate to support focus and emotional regulation.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, you're not alone. I’m here to help you make sense of what you're going through and support you in moving forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized, holistic, and collaborative. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model — instead, I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, values, and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused techniques, and psychodynamic approaches.

I also take a holistic view of mental health and often incorporate education about the brain-body connection. I believe understanding how our nervous system, thoughts, and emotions interact can empower lasting change. When appropriate and with consent, I value collaborating with other care providers — such as medical doctors, psychiatrists, or nutritionists — to ensure a comprehensive picture of your overall health and support.

In our work together, I show up as a guide and support system, trusting that you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you deepen insight, build skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave therapy with me feeling more grounded, self-aware, and equipped with practical tools to manage life’s challenges. Together, we work to build emotional insight, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and develop a deeper understanding of patterns that may be keeping you stuck. You’ll gain clarity on your values, confidence in your decision-making, and a stronger connection to both yourself and the people around you.

Many of my clients also walk away with a better understanding of the brain-body connection, learning how to work withtheir nervous system — not against it. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, relationship dynamics, or life transitions, therapy with me can help you feel more empowered, resilient, and capable of creating meaningful change.

Above all, I want you to leave therapy feeling supported, seen, and more in tune with who you are and where you’re going.
