I work with clients in a kind and compassionate way, and I always strive to help each
person move forward in the area that matters most to them. Since everyone is
different, I start by getting to know you, your needs, and your concerns before building
a plan together. In our sessions I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to
examine thoughts that feel like facts, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to
make room for what's hard instead of fighting it, Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help
you find your own reasons for change, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to understand the
different parts of yourself, and EMDR to help process trauma that still feels present
today.
