I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California who specializes in mental health treatment. I have a Master's Degree in the field Social Work and bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Child Development. I have worked with various populations and ages and specialize in treating those who have experienced trauma.

My approach to therapy

I focus on trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have experience with working with children, adults, and seniors in various settings; such as communities, schools, and hospitals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. This first session is considered the “intake” session for psychotherapy treatment.
