Great to meet you!

If you've spent so much of your life being the one everyone depends on, you may have become so good at holding everything together that few people realize how exhausted you really are. My practice is designed for women who are ready to stop living in survival mode and begin building a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and sustainable.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with A Doctorate of Marriage and Family Therapy who works with adults experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and pregnancy or postpartum adjustment. My approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we understand both our experiences and the patterns that have shaped us.

Whether you're navigating career demands, family responsibilities, motherhood, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can become a place where you no longer have to carry everything alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide more than a space to talk. It should help you better understand yourself while giving you practical tools you can use between sessions.

Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, beliefs, and survival strategies that have shaped how you move through the world today. We'll identify patterns that are no longer serving you and develop healthier ways of responding to stress, setting boundaries, regulating your nervous system, and caring for yourself without guilt.

My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a systems perspective, recognizing that our emotional well-being is influenced by our relationships, family history, culture, work environments, and life experiences. My goal is to help you create meaningful, lasting change rather than temporary relief.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope will be different as a result of our work together.

I'll ask questions about different areas of your life to better understand the bigger picture, but there is no pressure to share everything all at once. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

By the end of our first session, you'll leave with a clearer understanding of the concerns we're addressing, an initial direction for treatment, and a collaborative plan for moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful that meaningful change is possible.
