Great to meet you!

I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels warm, inclusive, and genuinely human—one where you can show up as you are. My style balances compassion, humor, curiosity, and transparency, while remaining grounded and honest. I am strength-based and empowering, and I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel both supported and gently challenged. I have specific treatment backgrounds working with individuals, couples, and families, and I take a trauma-informed approach across all areas of my work, drawing from modalities such as TF-CBT, IFS, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and other evidence-based and relational frameworks. I serve and affirm a diverse range of populations and life experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each individual, family, or couple. I integrate warmth and humor with curiosity and psychoeducation, helping clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for growth. I focus on self-advocacy, confidence-building, communication, boundary-setting, and navigating life transitions such as marriage, grief, stress, divorce, and finding purpose. I don’t shy away from honest conversations, as I believe clarity and authenticity are essential for healing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, your history, current concerns, goals, and any barriers we may work through together. We’ll also talk about what therapy can look like moving forward and set clear expectations. This is the start of a collaborative journey toward change—healing is hard work, but the fact that you’re here now means you’ve already taken an important first step.
