Great to meet you!

I love to work with people who are struggling in relationships with their partners, work, family, or other life relationships. I take a positive approach in looking at the events that caused your relationships to not work. I help men, women & couples get the love, happiness & support they want in their romantic & familial relationships. If you want to move from guardedness to vulnerability, from confusion to clarity, from obligation to inspiration, from hurt to forgiveness, I can help you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to help you examine your thinking by using CBT theoretical model. I believe in beginning with your thinking because what you think directly impacts how you feel. Most of us trust how we feel but are unaware that how we feel is being generated by the thoughts we are thinking because we rarely examine our thoughts.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where you feel heard & understood as you navigate the problems, heartaches, disappointments & challenges you are facing. At the end of most sessions, I’ll ask you what the takeaways were for you from the session. If you’re in a very emotional place, I’ll help you go deeper into those emotions. You’re in control of your counseling, my role is help you explore, process & uncover the solutions to your problems.
