Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jaili. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who believes healing happens in spaces where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and not judged. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the lingering impact of painful experiences. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, we can work together to make sense of what’s happening and move toward something more grounded and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and structured when needed. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT with creative and reflective approaches, including art therapy, to help you process experiences in ways that feel accessible and meaningful. I pay close attention to how culture, identity, family dynamics, and past experiences shape the way you move through the world.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space for us to get to know each other. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a perfectly organized story. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what feels most important right now, and what you’re hoping might feel different in your life.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and a direction for our work together. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, respected, and clearer about what therapy with me might look like.
