Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and the Clinical Director of Horizon Counseling. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of sexual health, intimacy, and compulsive behaviors. With a post-graduate background in forensic psychology and specialized training in sex therapy, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to address the issues that are often the hardest to talk about.

Whether you are struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors, intimacy disconnects, or sexual identity and shame, my approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques tailored to your specific goals. I believe that sexual wellness is a vital part of overall mental health, and I am passionate about helping my clients move toward a life of integrity, connection, and confidence

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is built on one core principle: Results. I believe that good therapy should be measurable, and as a clinician, I hold myself accountable for the progress you make. I specialize in Men’s Issues and Compulsive Sexual Behaviors, moving beyond 'just talking' to focus on high-stakes behavior change and clinical integrity.

In our sessions, we don't just explore the past; we architect the future. I use a directive, evidence-based style rooted in cognitive-behavioral strategies and forensic risk management. We will identify your specific 'patterns,' set clear milestones, and track your growth against them. If you are looking for a passive listener, I am likely not the right fit. If you are looking for a clinical partner who is as invested in your results as you are, let’s get to work.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a high-level clinical strategy meeting. We don't just 'get to know each other'; we build a baseline. We will identify the specific behavioral patterns or intimacy blocks that brought you here and define what 'success' looks like for you.

My goal is for you to leave the first 60 minutes with a clear understanding of my clinical style and a preliminary roadmap for our work together. We’ll discuss the 'Why' behind your challenges and set 2-3 concrete objectives to track over the next 90 days. Expect an environment that is professional, direct, and focused on your integrity and results.
