Great to meet you!

I'm Jaime. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the impact of their family and childhood trauma/abuse, anxiety, and major life adjustments and transitions. Therapy is a collaborative partnership and I aim to provide a trusting environment where you feel supported by your clinician.

My approach to therapy

We will work through your concerns and challenges using a blend of IFS, ACT, DBT, and EMDR-informed strategies. I offer a space that is deeply supportive and collaborative, but I’m also direct who will give you the feedback gently to help support change and growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I’ll ask what’s bringing you in, how you’ve been feeling, and what you’d like help with. You can share as much or as little as you’re ready for. This helps to ensure both of us feel like it's a good match.
