Great to meet you!

Life flows from the heart, so it's worth caring for. Heart Work Therapy was born out of my own journey of facing life's challenges and discovering that healing is possible. I know firsthand that meaningful change rarely happens alone.

The compassion, resilience, and hope I've gained through my own experiences allow me to come alongside others with empathy and understanding. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to carry it by yourself. My desire is to provide a safe place where you feel seen, supported, and empowered as we work together toward healing and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Whether I'm working with a child, a teenager, an adult, or a couple, my goal is the same—to help people experience healing that reaches beyond the surface. I work with clients navigating anxiety, OCD, grief, divorce, sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, and life's unexpected challenges.

I believe lasting change happens when we understand both the struggles we're facing today and the experiences that shaped us. Together we'll work toward healing, healthier relationships, and practical tools that help you move forward with greater confidence, hope, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. My first priority is creating an environment where you feel safe, heard, and respected. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore the challenges you're facing, and begin identifying the goals that are most important to you.

Together, we'll develop a plan tailored to your unique needs and discuss what meaningful progress looks like for you. Healing is a journey, and we'll celebrate each step forward as we work together toward lasting change.
