Great to meet you!

My name is Jaime Frazier, and I am a licensed mental health clinician with more than nine years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of behavioral health settings. Throughout my career, I have provided individual, group, crisis, and substance use treatment services, helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working in outpatient, crisis intervention, residential, partial hospitalization, and community-based treatment settings. My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, grief and loss, life transitions, and stress management concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe that every individual has unique strengths and the capacity for change. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, developing insight, and building practical skills to improve their overall well-being.

I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship difficulties, or major life changes, I am committed to helping you identify your goals and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Seeking support is a courageous step, and I look forward to the opportunity to work alongside you on your journey toward healing and recovery.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make the process as comfortable and welcoming as possible. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and exploring the challenges, concerns, or goals that are most important to you.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where you can feel safe sharing your experiences at your own pace. Together, we'll review your personal history, current symptoms, strengths, support systems, and any previous treatment experiences to gain a better understanding of your needs.

By the end of the session, we'll begin identifying goals for treatment and develop a plan tailored to your unique circumstances. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or other concerns, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.

Most importantly, you can expect a compassionate, authentic, and collaborative approach focused on building trust and helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
