Great to meet you!

Something feels heavier than it should — maybe it's anxiety that follows you everywhere, old wounds that won't stay quiet, or the exhausting work of showing up in a world that wasn't built with you in mind. Whether you're LGBTQ+ member and navigating identity, processing trauma, managing depression, or facing a life transition that's left you unsure of who you are now — you deserve a therapist who actually gets it. You don't have to explain yourself here. You just have to show up.

I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs by working with you to identify challenges and steer the path

forward towards health and healing. I will support and help you navigate current life transitions, assist in recovery from traumatic events, create healthier relationships, improve assertive communication skills and increase overall well-being.
