Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor in Texas with a background in educational diagnostics. I began counseling individuals with dual diagnoses as an intern at The Women's Home in 2014 and then worked as an LPC Associate at the Center for Creative Resources before transitioning to private practice. I currently work with a diverse population of adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, grief, loss, self-esteem, and isolation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, eclectic, and collaborative. Depending on your particular needs, I may draw upon any combination theoretical applications including concepts from psychodynamic theory, IFS, CBT, and polyvagal theory to support our work in reaching your goals.

What you can expect from me

I know that meeting with an unfamiliar therapist can initially feel uncomfortable. My primary intention when first connecting with a client is to develop a relationship wherein you feel safe to share your thoughts, feelings, & actions at your own pace and without fear of judgement. Our first session is a gentle springboard for cultivating a therapeutic alliance focused on addressing your most pressing concerns. I look forward to learning who you are and accompanying you on your healing journey.
