Great to meet you!

With over 16 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals and their family members navigate the emotional and psychological challenges that accompany serious illness. I have a deep commitment to older adults and caregivers who are adjusting to significant life and role changes — whether you are stepping into a caregiving role for the first time, managing a new diagnosis, or finding your footing after a major transition. I also bring specialized experience in bereavement and palliative care, supporting individuals and families through grief, loss, and end-of-life decisions. It is a privilege to walk alongside people during some of life's most profound moments.

My approach to therapy

I work from a place of warmth, compassion, and deep respect for each person's unique journey. My approach centers on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process difficult emotions and reconnect with what gives your life meaning and fulfillment. For older adults and caregivers, I focus on helping you adapt to changing roles without losing your sense of self. For those facing end-of-life concerns, I use life reflection as a therapeutic tool — helping to ease emotional distress and bring greater clarity to difficult decisions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a time for you to share your story at your own pace. I will listen carefully to understand what has brought you in, what you are navigating, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to have it all figured out — my only goal is for you to feel heard and at ease. By the end of our first meeting, we will have a clearer picture of your needs and a sense of how we can move forward together.
