My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-informed interventions to help clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change.
I have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma and adverse life experiences, grief and loss, ADHD, and life transitions. I have also worked extensively with individuals in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) community, adapting my therapeutic approach to meet each person's strengths and abilities.
