Great to meet you!

Offering somatic and energetic focused therapy in Arizona and Kentucky via telehealth:

I support client who identify as neurodivergent, sensitive, empathic, intuitive or creative. With twelve years experience providing trauma-focused support, I weave together talk therapy with somatic (body-focused) techniques, energy psychology and energy therapies for highly effective therapy. My approach supports the holistic self by meeting body, mind, emotion, energy and soul.

We all experience phases of disharmony, ebbs and flows in life, times of thriving, and times of struggle. When those times of struggle manifest as chronic stress, anxiety, complex trauma, depression, unresolved grief, or feeling disconnected from your true self, finding support from a neutral source is a necessary path toward reclaiming who you are.

In addition to my master's education in clinical mental health counseling, I am also a Reiki master-level practitioner and teacher, Certified Yoga Teacher, Spinal Energetics practitioner, and shamanic practitioner. I offer these tools to complement traditional talk therapy.

Holistic healing modalities may include somatic/ body-based psychotherapy, energy psychology, therapeutic yoga and therapeutic meditation.

This integrative approach addresses mind, body, emotion, energy, and soul to restore whole health.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach is somatic, inviting the body into the conversation and processing emotion, energy and experience through the body-mind. It is my experience that talking can only take us so far, and words alone cannot always resolve deep pain, dis-ease or fragmentation. I believe that true mental and emotional healing must address the whole person, balancing grounded clinical expertise with the profound wisdom of the body.

I offer tools including somatic-based mindfulness and processing, energy psychology, parts work, therapeutic yoga, therapeutic meditation, Spinal Energetics, and shamanism to complement psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

I'll answer any questions you have about working together, and I'll have questions for you regarding your background, history, symptoms and current challenges. I want to hear what therapy experiences in the past have been helpful, and what hasn't. Most importantly, I'll want to learn more about what your intentions are for pursuing therapy, and how I can be of support with you.
