Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! Here's a little synopsis of my professional background in therapy. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University in the Mindfulness-based Transpersonal program. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, where I see clients virtually and in person. I am trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) from the Maiberger Institute in Boulder, Colorado. I am continuously curious and always learning. I am happy to share more once we establish a therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is first and foremost relational and heart-centered. I like to incorporate a variety of modalities and take an integrative approach. I incorporate modalities such as EMDR therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic techniques, movement, mindfulness practices, psychoeducation, and walk-and-talk therapy, to name a few.

What you can expect from me

I imagine you’re ready to start creating the life you truly want, filled with the relationships you desire, and the healing you envision. What fills you with joy, and how do you tap into your unique creativity and passion?

We will work together to find the clarity you seek by setting goals and intentions that align with your true Self. Along the way, we may uncover past traumas, which can range from having emotionally unavailable caregivers to PTSD from accidents, sexual trauma, and any other disturbing events, past or present. Through trauma-informed EMDR therapy, we can address these memories and create a new path towards self-trust and joy.

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate". (Carl Jung)
