Welcome! My goal is to assist you in developing a life that is worth living. I have been working in the field of mental health for over 13 years. I have worked in all levels of care and all ages of clients. After working with clients of all ages I found I enjoy working with teenagers and adults the most. I come to walk alongside you on your journey and provide the support you need on your journey. There is no judgement based on diagnosis or background.
