Great to meet you!

Good Day! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Alaska and Colorado. I have an eclectic background in therapy working with individuals adjusting to a life change, working through depression, trauma, grief and loss, and the LGBTQ community mostly with transgendered individuals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy as client driven, meaning we work on what you as the client want to work on and use the therapies that fit the client. I prefer to give useable skills that clients can practice.

What you can expect from our first session

Because I am client driven I follow what the clients needs are in the session. I do however, provide individualized homework to each client and each situation, if appropriate.
