I graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Masters of Science in Social Administration (MSSA), completed Clinical coursework, and received my Ph.D. in Psychology. I have worked in private practice, inpatient, and outpatient settings with children, adolescents, and adults for over 36 years. My experience includes working in the areas of substance abuse, ADHD, PTSD, risk assessment, anxiety, depression, coaching, and relationships with group, family, and couples therapy.

My approach to therapy

I have and continue to work with clients/patients from diverse areas and with myriad difficulties. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy, I I use these various forms of interventions to assist in making positive changes and empowering you to obtain the changes or improvements you desire.
